Therapy for Women

Our mission is rooted in the principles of decolonizing mental health, client centered care, and remaining trauma conscious. We honor women's lived experiences, identities, and inherent wisdom. Through self-compassion, mind-body connection, and a mindset of curiosity, we believe women can lead a life of continuous self-discovery, growth and healing.

Meet Kim

I'm Kim Espinoza, she/her/ella, and I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a somatic psychotherapist. I am a proud Latina, mother, and 1st generation of several experiences I can thank my ancestors for.  I'm passionate about working with women, destigmatizing and decolonizing mental health. I find great meaning helping women who are struggling to manage their depression, anxiety, past traumas, somatic symptoms, and everyday life challenges.

A vital component to discovering oneself is connecting our mind with our body. By understanding our nervous system, we increase our self awareness and bring our unconscious behaviors to a conscious level. I  have extensive somatic trainings in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) and TCYM (Trauma Conscious Yoga Method).  Incorporating these somatic practices into therapy allows individuals to create a deeper connection with oneself.

I currently serve women (18+) throughout Texas.
